This place is spotless, the staff are incredibly friendly from top to bottom, and the breakfast offers a delicious variety including many vegetarian options.

Staff very helpful abd willing to help
the room. Small and very uncomfortable bed. No refrigerator in the room no drinking water in the night with reception closes after midnight.

The restaurant here was lovely which offers 3 courses for a great price, we both ordered excellent dishes. Got extremely comfy bed and a refrigerator, air conditioner, and an individual safe. The service provided there was friendly.
Shame the bathroom was a bit small.

The hotel was a brilliant base for sightseeing in Sirmione. We had much fun and met competent staff from the cleaner to the manager. the hotel's location was the best possible and peaceful, with good bus connections.

This newly renovated place has very efficient staff and is perfectly located near the lakefront.

The staff and the manager, great person, helpful and friendly at any time, if something didn't work, or to help us find and book good restaurants, for tips.. The management is new, they're still fixing some problems left behind by the old owner, but they're doing good. They said they want to get to 4 stars soon, they're on the good way!
Few little things (for example the safe not working, but we could use the one at the reception) they're working on, I guess in season 2012 the hotel will be 100% ok.

It will be 4 star hotel soon. Quality of service, breakfast and everything else is much higher than for average 3 star hotel. Very friendly staff.
